If you made an online purchase you can return an item of proper quality within 14 days from the date you received it.
If the item does not fit you in size, color, style or shape, you can also return it within 14 days from the date of purchase in our showrooms.
The return of an item of good quality is carried out if the item was not in use, preserved its presentation, consumer properties, factory labels, and there is also a sales receipt or cashier's receipt.
When returning an item to the online store, processing takes up to 10 business days from the date of receipt of the return package.
After processing your refund, the funds will be returned to the card you made the payment with.
The term for crediting funds depends on the issuing bank.
Important! The following items cannot be exchanged or returned: dresses made to order not from stock or according to your measurements, underwear, stockings, socks, swimwear, leggings, leggings and other sewing and knitted underwear and hosiery.
The online store has the right to refuse to return an item in cases of violations of the conditions for preserving the presentation, in which case all costs for the delivery of the returning item are completely on the consumer.
If you don’t have the opportunity or desire to use PickPoint system for return, you can use any courier service by your choice. In this case, sending the return at the buyer's expense, the return period is also 7 days.
All products you purchase from SOLANGEL retail stores and SOLANGEL.AE online store are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

WARRANTY 

The warranty period for all SOLANGEL products is 30 days from the date of sale.
Important! The term for elimination of defects under warranty obligations may not exceed 45 days.
For seasonal goods (for example, fur coats, hats, coats, etc.), the warranty period starts from the moment of the relevant season and not earlier than the date of sale.
We recommend that you read the care instructions on the product label. In case of violation of the terms of use and care of the product, the seller does not bear any warranty obligations to the buyer.
The warranty does not cover the following cases:

1. Wear during operation; 
2. Tears, cuts and abrasions, tissue burn-in;
3. The fabric is burnt or faded, dirty;
4. Formation of pellets;
5. Other defects associated with violation of the rules for the use, care, storage or transportation of the product, actions of third parties or force majeure. 

Important! The warranty period for fittings corresponds equals to the warranty period for the whole product. After the end of the warranty period, we are always ready, if possible, to provide the necessary fittings for repair on a paid basis.

RETURNS WITH DHL

If the purchased item does not suit you in terms of quality or dimensional characteristics, you can quickly and conveniently return it within 14 days from the date you received the order.
To request a DHL courier call for a refund, you must:

1. contact us in any convenient messenger;
2. specify the order number;
3. specify return items;
4. specify the address for calling the courier;
5. agree on a convenient day for processing the return (weekdays, 9 a.m.-6 p.m.);
6. print the invoice, which we will send you by mail;
7. fill out the return form, put it in the box;
8. wait for a call from the courier service to clarify all the details;
9. give the return parcel and the invoice to the DHL courier.

If it is not comfortable for you to use DHL courier service for a return, you can use any courier service that is convenient for you. In this case, sending the return at the expense of the buyer, the return period is also 17 days.
After receiving the package, the return will be processed within 10 business days. After processing your refund, the funds will be returned to the card you made the payment with.
